THE SECOND STORY
Welcome guests with a walk up our elegant gallery staircase, where French doors open into The Second Story—an inviting, private dining room at The Franklin. This upstairs space seats 40 comfortably and welcomes more for strolling receptions and cocktail-style gatherings.
At its heart is a stunning, fully operational bar—crafted to serve everything from classic martinis to curated wine pairings—making it the perfect setting for celebrations, business meetings, showers, and intimate events. With historic charm, flexible seating, and a hidden Frame TV, The Second Story blends timeless style with thoughtful hospitality.
THE NOOK
Low-lit, quiet, and just a little hidden, The Nook is The Franklin’s best-kept secret. With dark green walls and burgundy accents, it’s a cozy space meant for good company, shared stories, and long, wine-paired dinners. Seating just eight, it feels like your own private corner of the world—moody, charming, and intimate.
For a more tailored experience, guests in The Nook may opt for a chef’s tasting menu—a seasonal, multi-course offering crafted especially for the table.
THE pavilion & THE PATIO
With its white latticework, trailing greenery, and soft, natural light, The Pavilion feels like a garden celebration brought to life. Airy and refined, this covered venue combines the beauty of the outdoors with elegant details that make every gathering feel special—wood tables, overhead heaters for cooler evenings, and a stunning full bar that anchors the space with ease and style.
Seating up to 75 guests and accommodating more for strolling receptions, it’s ideal for showers, weddings receptions, and warm-weather celebrations. Drop-down sides provide protection from unexpected weather, so your event stays beautiful—rain or shine.
Available May through September.
Adjacent to The Pavilion, The Patio offers a beautiful open-air extension surrounded by trees, flowers, and garden-inspired charm. With a white brick fireplace, French café chairs, umbrella-shaded tables, and lush seasonal landscaping, it’s ideal for adding flow and ambiance to any warm-weather gathering.
The patio accommodates an additional 75 guests for strolling-style events, bringing total event capacity to 150. In the case of rain, all guests will move under The Pavilion. If a fully seated event is required, a tent should be secured.
Available May- September the patio can be added to a Pavilion event.
